At the exhibition were represented Russian, Belorussian and Ukrainian producers of diary, vegetable oil and packaging equipment. The scale of exhibition was not great, but the display gave a hope on successful development of Russian Food Industry.

Between the other exhibits our attention was attracted by the stand with a production of “Len” LLC, which was small enough, but set up a big crowd around providing brisk trade. The exhibits presented were: 100% natural eatable linseed-oil, biologically active natural admixtures (Lecitin and Omega), lin seeds, medicinal lin-based substances for liver cure (hepatitis etc). The technology of lin-based goods was elaborated by scientific research institute named after V.N.Orehovich, production is made in Chkalovsk (Russia, Nizhegorodskaya oblast). Russian production of sunflower oil was represented at the stand of “Ul’yanovskrastmaslo” LLC. Oil, produced in Ul’yanovskiy region, absolutely conforms to former strict soviet GOSTs (state technical requirements). All the production of Ul’yanovskrastmaslo company – is 100% natural vegetable oil, an example of conservation of old pressing methods and cold-extraction technologies.
